Big Brake Kits

Throughout the company’s history, NEO motorsport has been undergoing continuous research with a caliper design that is still evolving today toward the greatest brake confidence in every scenario.

Tested for the street and track, engineered for motorsports, the NEO BBK is the proven option. 

The NEO Big Brake Kit comes in three categories, adjusted for the size of the vehicle, fitment, and use. Each with a multitude of configurations adaptable to suit your needs. 

The NEO BBK is the complete brake upgrade solution, consisting of a lightweight two-piece forged aluminum fixed caliper design, along with NEO 2 piece rotors, NEO brake pads, NEO brake lines, and accompanying hardware.  

Designed to adhere to several fundamental technologies, every design, and part in our kit has been rigorously tested in the factory before testing of our own that puts them through the most demanding conditions only seen on racetracks.

Calipers:

NEO brake calipers are of a two-piece fixed design, made of forged aluminum, and incorporates high-grade bolts and hardware in pursuit of the stiffest caliper possible. Lightweight forged T6061 aluminum caliper bodies with staggered piston arrangements, aluminum pistons, high-stress seals, and high-grade hardware make effectively resisting any condition the street or race track can throw at them an everyday occurrence.  The easily serviceable two-piece calipers outperform soft metal mono-block designs when observed under long workloads and endurance racing. The stiffening fasteners in our multi-density design allow for maximum stiffness at all times during events and races that last hours if not days. NEO calipers provide the ultimate performance package with easily serviceable maintenance, major weight savings, and trusted reliability that is the NEO standard.

Rotors:

The two-piece rotor is made up of a T6061 aluminum hub and ISO200 cast iron rings designed for durability and reliability. High flow rotors help maximize cooling while our unique internal rotor design promotes airflow in the wheels. Combined with our corrosion proofing and high-grade materials these units have been engineered to be low maintenance and long-lasting.

Brake Pads:

Option of P1 Race Pads or SP600 Street Pads.

Brake Lines:

-Weather Protection Tubing

-Adjustable Mounting Brackets

-Braided Stainless Steel Lines 

Hardware:

-12.9 Grade Alloy Steel bolts, Galvanized Treated for corrosion prevention.

-Stainless steel bridge for enhanced rigidity.
